26 JUNE 2014, LONDON, UK and AMES, IOWA - PowerFilm, Inc. (AIM: PFLM), ("PowerFilm" or "the Company"), the developer and manufacturer of thin flexible solar panels, today confirms that it has acquired 26,065 common shares in the Company at a share price of US$.15 per share on June 26, 2014. Following this acquisition, these shares will be held in Treasury. Including these shares, the Company will hold

1,934,015 common shares in Treasury. The total number of outstanding common

shares in issue (excluding common shares in Treasury) is 36,250,619 common shares. Total issued shares is 38,193,634.
