Report topic:Conclusion of an annex to a significant lease contract by the Issuer's subsidiary

The Board of Directors of POLMED S.A. with its registered office in Starogard Gdański informs that on 30 July 2015 the Issuer received information that this day the annex to a significant lease contract dated 1 March 2010 (hereinafter: the Annex) between Bakalion Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw (the successor to the former landlord - CBL Sp. z o.o. located in Krakow) and the Issuer's subsidiary - POLMED Development Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Starogard Gdański (the Tenant) was concluded.
The contract covers the lease of premises in the building located at ul. Lubicz 23A in Krakow and 6 parking places. By virtue of the Annex, the methodology for calculating the area of the premises was revised - according to BOMA standard, thereby the surface of the leased premises is 326.50 square meters (previously
318.87 square meters). In addition, it was decided to lease additional rooms in the building, so the surface of the leased premises increased by 133.07 square meters - to 459.57 square meters. By virtue of the Annex, the term of the lease contract was extended for a further five years - until 31 August 2030, except that the start date of the contract in relation to additionally leased surface was determined as of 1 May 2016.
The aforementioned Annex shall enter into force on 1 September 2015.
The estimated value of the contract for the remaining period of its validity - resulting from the rent payable in euros converted at the average exchange rate announced by the NBP on 29 July 2015 and the sum of advances on maintenance

fees - is approximately PLN 7,592,000, which means that the value of the contracts as a result of the Annex increased by about PLN 3,581,000.
Other conditions of this Annex do not differ from commonly used terms for this type of contracts.
The contract amended by the aforementioned Annex is significant due to the fact that the value of the Contract is in excess of 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
The Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the law of a non-Member State - §5 (1)(3)
