ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION:

Polisan Holding previously made public through material disclosures and its interim operating and annual reports that its 100% subsidiary Polisan Yapı has signed an agreement with DAP Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("DAP Yapı") and DOP Yapı Mimarlık İnşaat Gıda Turizm Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("DOP Yapı") Joint Venture for a project to be built in İstanbul on Pendik land, which spreads on a ~173,000 m2 area. The Company also added that the zoning studies of the flat for land project, which is 66% owned by DAP Yapı - DOP Yapı JV and 34% by Polisan Yapı as per the agreement, has continued.

In order to obtain the construction permit, DAP Yapı waits for the revised zoning plans to be finalized in the presence of the municipality and public institutions.
