PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Somboonkiat Kasemsuwan as Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Somboonkiat Kasemsuwan has resigned from his position as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective on 11 November 2016. The Company will consider appointing a new Director to replace Mr. Somboonkiat Kasemsuwan and shall subsequently report to the SET.
