Pluton Resources ASX Announcement 12 May 2015 Bond Offering to raise up to £25,000,000

Pluton Resources Limited (Pluton) (ASX: PLV) is pleased to advise the launch of an offering for
£25,000,000 of senior secured bonds (Offer). The Offer is being made through Pluton's
subsidiary company, Irvine Island Finance Corporation Ltd.
Proceeds from this issue will be used to fund the advancement of both the Company's Irvine
Island and Cockatoo Island projects.
