PLUTON RESOURCES LIMITED Sam Marsden and Derrick Vickers of PricewaterhouseCoopers were appointed as Voluntary Administrators of Pluton Resources Limited (the Company or Pluton) (ASX: PLV) on Monday, 5 October 2015 following the resignation of Vincent Smith and Samuel Freeman of EY.
Mr Bryan Hughes and Mr Daniel Bredenkamp of Pitcher Partners continue to act as Receivers and Managers of the Company. The assets and undertakings of the Company remain subject to the Receivers' appointment and therefore the operations of the Company are under the control of the Receivers.
The Administrators will immediately set about investigating the affairs and financial circumstances of the Company and perform all duties necessary to complete their role as Voluntary Administrators.
The Receivers and Managers and Administrators will provide updated by way of announcements to the ASX and ask shareholders to refrain from contacting their offices at this time.
