Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 1, 2022, Pluristem Therapeutics Inc., or the Company, through its subsidiary, entered into a consulting agreement, or the Consulting Agreement, with Mr. Zami Aberman, pursuant to which Mr. Aberman shall serve as the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A copy of the Consulting Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
