POLL RESULTS OF EXTRORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 11 APRIL
2012
The Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions
proposed were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM held on
11 April 2012.
Reference is made to the circular of China Electric Power
Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 20 March
2012 (the "Circular") relating to, among other things,
proposed change of company name and refreshment of general
mandates and share option scheme mandate limit. Unless
otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall have
the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
The board (the" Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of
the Company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions
proposed were duly passed by way of poll at the extraordinary
general meeting of the Company held on 11 April 2012 (the
"EGM"). The Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong,
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, was
appointed as the scrutineer for the vote-taking at the
EGM.
As at the date of the EGM, there were a total of 943,719,455
Shares in issue, which was also the total number of Shares
entitling the Shareholders to attend and vote for or against
the proposed resolutions at the EGM. No Shareholders are
required under the GEM Listing Rules to abstain from voting
on or vote only against each of the resolutions proposed at
the EGM.

"Pizu Group Holdings Limited
Pizu Group Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the trading of bulk mineral. The Company operates through two business segments. The Bulk Mineral Trade segment is engaged in the trading of non-ferrous metals and minerals in Hong Kong and the Peopleâs Republic of China (the PRC) .The Explosives Trading and Blasting Services segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of explosives, operation of blasting and provision of related services in the PRC. The Company is also involved in the sourcing of production materials for group companies through its subsidiaries.
