SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

Reference is made to the annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2020 of Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") dated 31 March 2021 (the "Results Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Results Announcement.

In relation to the final dividend, the Company wishes to supplement the following paragraph to page 20 of the Results Announcement before the headline "RESULTS":

"DIVIDENDS

The Directors do not recommend the payment of a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2020 (2019: nil)."

Save for the above supplemental information, all information and contents set out in the Results Announcement remain unchanged.
