FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of PIM Limited is pleased to declare a final dividend of MUR 2.50 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 21st May 2024, in respect of the quarter ended 31st March 2024. The dividend will be paid on or about 15th July 2024.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum‐dividend up to and including the market day of 16th May 2024 and ex‐dividend as from 17th May 2024.
