ABC Finance AD, as a trustee of the bondholders of Phoenix Capital Holding (0PHA), ISIN BG2100013189, convened a General Meeting of Bondholders on 03 October 2023 at 10:00 am in Sofia at 109-115 Todor Aleksandrov Blvd. under the following agenda:
- Change of the bond type from unsecured to secured as for this purpose, first-in-line mortgage on the immovable properties listed in the invitation to be established
- Interest rate change from 7% simple annual interest rate to a 6-month Euribor + 1% but in total not less than 3% and not more than 5.5% p.a. at Actual/365L day count convention, to come into effect as of 19 October 2023
- Approval of a trustee of the bondholders of the issue, ISIN BG2100013189
- In the lack of quorum, the GMB will be held on 18 October 2023 at 10:00 am, same place and agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all bondholders registered with the central securities register five (5) days before the GMB date (Record Date).
