Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd. is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the provision of management, administrative and financial support services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates in three segments: Drilling Units, which is engaged in the operations and maintenance service and the provision of offshore assets, which are primarily for oil and gas offshore drilling; Production units, which is engaged in the operations and maintenance service and the provision of offshore assets, which are primarily for oil and gas production, and Marine Vessels, which is engaged in the provision of vessels, barges and equipment on vessel charter services. Its subsidiaries include Alpha Perisai Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of administrative support services; Perisai Offshore Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of oil and gas services in upstream oil sector, and Perisai production Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which is an investment holding company, among others.
