Pennichuck Water Service Corp. (PWSC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pennichuck Corporation (NASDAQ: PNNW), today announced that a new water service contract has been signed with one of its primary customers, the Town of Hudson, New Hampshire. PWSC has had a contract for the operation and maintenance of Hudson's town-owned water system since 1998. Under the new agreement, which runs until 2015, PWSC's services include all of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the water supply, pumping, distribution, and customer service systems. It also calls for Pennichuck to install advanced meter-reading equipment.
