The Management Board of PEKAES SA, acting pursuant to Article 56 para. 5 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions of Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005, with reference to Current Report No. 13/2015 of 22 July 2015, hereby informs that on 25 August 2015 PEKAES SA received information on the approval given by the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection on 19 August 2015 for concentration involving takeover of control of KH Logistyka sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw by STRADA Holding s.a.r.l with registered office in Luxembourg.
