PAX Honored As Corporate Governance Asia Recognition Award

The award demonstrates the PAX's excellent standards in corporate governance.

"Asia's Outstanding Companies on Corporate Governance" is organized by "Corporate Governance Asia", the most authoritative journal on corporate governance in Asia. Corporate governance generally including rights of shareholders, disclosure and transparency, board and management discipline, independent non-executive directors and investor relations practices, as well as corporate social responsibility and environmental practices.
