Pursuant to the § 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16th April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (the "Regulation MAR"),

The Board PATENTUS S.A. (the "Company", "Issuer") announces that during the period from 23rd January 2016 to 17th November 2016 - the total value of trade between PATENTUS S.A. and P.P.H.U.

"Mirpol" Mirosław Kobiór with headquarters in Pszczyna was 9 231 299.64 PLN net. Cooperation between the parties based on the concluded agreement on 2nd January 2007 for cooperation in the production of machinery and mining equipment, steel structures of halls and other facilities, services, machining and all other work commissioned by PATENTUS SA, concluded on time indefinite. Terms of the agreement do not differ from commonly applied in agreements of this kind. As part of the agreement of the highest value invoice was FV 10/07/2016 of 28th October 2016 with a value of 626 367,50 PLN. The subject of the invoices was the performance of belt conveyors; gutters; linear; socket pins.

The criterion to regard the above contracts as of material value is the fact, that their value exceeded 10 % of the Issuer's value of equity.
