Pursuant to the § 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16th April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (the "Regulation MAR"),

The Board PATENTUS S.A. (the "Company", "Issuer") announces that during the period from 5th April 2016 to 16th November 2016 - it received from Polska Grupa Górnicza Sp z o.o. the Purchaser "PGG"

former Kampania Węglowa) headquartered in Katowice, contracts and orders for a total value of 8 792 443,00 PLN + VAT.

The agreement No PAT 16.059-02, from 13th September 2016 was of the highest value.

Subject of the contract : Delivery of spare parts for scraper conveyors PATENTUS for Kompania Węglowa S.A. in 2016-2017.

The date of delivery: to 30th June 2017. In case the contract Purchaser fails to submit contracts for the supply of minimum 50% of the awarded contract agreement will be in force until 30th September 2017.

Value of the contract: 4 840 709,00 + VAT. Warranty:

-General warranty: 12 months from the date of receipt of the order by the magazine Employer. Liquidated damages:

-The Contractor is obliged to pay contractual penalties: in the amount of 10% of the net value of the unperformed part of the agreement, the Purchaser withdraws from the contract due to circumstances for which the Contractor; amounting to 10% of the agreed net value of the goods referred to in each case on unrealized part of the contract, the Purchaser withdraws from the contract due to circumstances for which the Contractor; amounting to 0.1% of the agreed net value of the goods referred to in each case in order not delivered within the time limit for each day of delay calculated for the delivery date, the 31st day of delay penalty will be calculated at the rate of 0.5%. In the case of definitive non-implementation of the contract or part thereof, when not abandoned the contract, liquidated damages equal to the value of unrealized orders. For the definitive failure of the contract or part thereof considered, in particular, the Contractor's declaration of withdrawal from the contract or a part thereof, and a situation where the amount of liquidated damages for delay in execution of the contract or part thereof reaches unrealized contract or part thereof; amounting to 0.1% of the net value of goods entered for the claim for each day of delay in its consideration; amounting to 0.1% of net taxable exchange of goods per day of delay.

- The Employer agrees to pay the Contractor contractual penalties: in the amount of 10% of the agreed net value of the goods referred to in each case on unrealized contract, the Contractor withdraws from the contract due to circumstances attributable to the Purchaser; amounting to 0.1% of the agreed net value of the ordered and received not the fault of the Purchaser of the goods for each day of delay.

At the date of this report has been completed 12.46 %, ie.603 298,00 PLN net above mentioned agreement.

The criterion to regard the above-mentioned contracts and orders as of material value is the fact, that their total value exceeded 10 % of Issuer's value of equity.
