Pursuant to the § 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16th April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (the "Regulation MAR"), the Board PATENTUS S.A. (the "Company", "Issuer") announces that on 2nd November 2016 received an annex to the following agreement on the limits of receivables between the Company and Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ( "Bank"):

- the agreement on the debt limit on the CRD / L / 36366/11.

Annex to the debt limit agreement No CRD /L/ 36366/ 11 was concluded on 21st October 2016, Introduced the following changes: the amount of the upper limit on the basis of this agreement: 10,300,000.00 PLN provided that on 30th December 2016 the Bank reduce the amount of the Limit of 1 417 000,00 PLN, ie. the amount of 8 883 000,00 PLN. Forms of use Limit: overdraft: 8,600,000.00 PLN; revolving credit in 55 000,00 EUR; bank guarantees for an amount equivalent to 2,000,000.00 PLN. The total amount of indebtedness resulting from the use of the limit may not exceed an amount equivalent to 9 660 000,00 PLN, provided that as of 30th December 2016 the above amount of debt does not exceed the amount of 8 600 000,00 PLN. The last day of the period of use: overdraft: 31st May 2017; revolving loan: 15th September 2015; guarantees: 29th April 2016. The final maturity of the product: overdraft: 31st May 2017; revolving loan: 29th December 2016; guarantees: 31st December 2019.

Other conditions are presented in the current report 4/2016 dated 29th January 2016 remain unchanged.

According to the knowledge of the Company, between the Company and its directors and supervisors and the Bank, there are no connections.

The issuer shall make this information available to the public due to the fact that in his opinion they have a significant impact on the operations of the Issuer.
