4.Reason for the change:The cash dividend rate of the 2nd half of 2021
profits distribution plan is changed due to the change of total issued and
outstanding shares of the Company. The Chairman of the Board of Directors
of the Company is authorized to adjust the ultimate cash dividend per share
based on the total amount of profits resolved to be distributed in Board
Meeting on April 27, 2022 (Taiwan Time).
