Information relating to the performance of CSRG Energy Ltd's sales contract

PannErgy Plc hereby advises the actors of the capital markets that the performance of the sales contract made in March 2016, in relation to PannErgy Geothermal Power Plants Ltd's (PEGE Ltd) participation in CSRG Energy Ltd has not been closed until the original deadline.

In its communication dated as of 21 March 2016, PannErgy Plc advised the investors that in March 2016 PannErgy Plc's 97.7% subsidiary, PEGE Ltd had decided on the selling of CSRG Energy Ltd to a group of investors committed to the utilization of secondary heat energy. In line with the financial schedule of the transaction, 40% of the HUF 250 million purchase price, that is HUF 100 million was paid in H1 of 2016. Until the contracted due date of payment, i.e. 31 December 2016, the buyer did not pay the HUF 150 million amount corresponding to the remaining 60% part of the purchase price. PEGE Ltd will take the necessary steps to close the transaction as soon as possible.
