(1)It was resolved by Board of Directors of the Company on 2022/03/25 that
providing the maximum amount US100 million endorsements and guarantees
for the subsidiary PAN-JIT ASIA INTERNATIONAL INC.
(2)Consider the fund condition of the subsidiary in the future, the Company
revoke the amount US20 million endorsements and guarantees.
