Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited announced that, with effect from 12 April 2016, Mr. FAN Yajun, previously an executive director of the company, has been re-designated as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. Fan, aged 48, was appointed as director of the company in March 2007.
