Pacific Hospital Supply (Changzhou) Co., Ltd announced a private placement of common share from new investor Pacific Hospital Supply Co., Ltd (GTSM:4126) on January 19, 2019. The transaction will be completed in number of tranche. The tranche amount will be maximum of $15 million each. The transaction has been approved by the board of director of investors.
Pacific Hospital Supply Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture, process and trade of medical equipment. The products mainly include medical consumables and medical gases. Medical consumables include thoracic drainage tubes with needles, precision urine bags, Yankee suction sleeves, vacuum wound drainage sleeves, anesthesia masks, among others. Medical gases include gas outlet panels, quick couplings, flow meters, and negative pressure meters. The Company mainly distributes its products in Taiwan, Japan, China, Europe, Australia, America, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other markets.
