Feishang Non-Metal Materials Technology Limited Announces Resignation of Chan Chiu Hung Alex as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of Each of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Feishang Non-metal Materials Technology Limited announced that Mr. Chan Chiu Hung Alex has resigned as independent non-executive Director with effect from 18 December 2017 due to his other business engagement. Mr. Chan has also ceased to act as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the nomination committee and remuneration committee.
