Ozon is building its own logistics infrastructure in the country to make it easier for local sellers to enter the Russian market and ensure prompt delivery of goods from Kyrgyzstan. To attract sellers in the region, Ozon also opened an office in Bishkek. This will help expand the range of textile and home products available on the website.

As part of its international expansion, Ozon launched a sort-facility in Bishkek. It receives, processes, picks, and packages orders and also handles returns. The new logistics facility in Kyrgyzstan will make it easier for local entrepreneurs to enter the Russian market and let them sell more effectively to Ozon's 32 million customers in Russia.

Kyrgyzstan is the third CIS country where Ozon has built a local business presence based on its own logistics infrastructure. Ozon has been operating in Belarus and Kazakhstan since 2021. As Ozon's experience in these countries shows, local logistics facilities make it possible to multiply the number of sellers on the marketplace and increase sales volumes.

To attract sellers from Kyrgyzstan, Ozon has also opened a representative office in Bishkek. By attracting Kyrgyz suppliers and thanks to the convenient logistics, the company aims to expand the global storefront's product lineup in various categories, including popular ones such as "household goods" and "clothing, shoes, and accessories".

Kyrgyz entrepreneurs have access to every option for delivery to Russia: sale from an Ozon warehouse in Russia, sale from the seller's local warehouse with delivery by Ozon, and delivery by third-party logistics services. When customers choose delivery by Ozon, sellers have an interface for tracking orders and providing prompt customer support.
