This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which earlier was scheduled on October 26, 2023 at 10:30 am at the registered office of the Company at Karachi to consider and approve quarterly accounts for the year ended September 30, 2023 along with other usual matters has been rescheduled on October 30, 2023 at 10:30 am at the registered office of the Company.

The Company has declared the revised "Closed Period" from October 24, 2023 to October 30, 2023 as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

Please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
