OSX BRASIL S.A. Rio de Janeiro, January 19th, 2016 - OSX Brasil S.A. - em Recuperação Judicial ("OSX" ou Companhia") (BM&FBovespa: OSXB3), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Brazilian Law No. 6.404/76 and CVM Rule No. 358/02, hereby informs to its shareholders and to the market that the Company, in addition to the notices to the markets released on January 18th, 2015, ("Agreement for the Transfer of Relevant Participation upon Precedent Conditions"), requested Mr. Eike Batista and 9 West Finance S.á.r.l, company associated with Mubadala Development Company, further information on the precedent conditions involved in possible shares transfer, with the intent of analyzing the conceivable outcomes of this operation while conducting its activities and the relationship with the investors.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed of any further developments on this matter.
