OSX BRASIL S.A. Rio de Janeiro, January 11th, 2016 - OSX Brasil S.A. - em Recuperação Judicial ("OSX" ou Companhia") (BM&FBovespa: OSXB3), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Brazilian Law No. 6.404/76 and CVM Rule No. 358/02, hereby informs to its shareholders and to the market that the Company, on January 8th, 2016, paid the first of 12 (twelve) monthly installments to Unsecured Creditors of OSX Construção Naval S.A. - Em Recuperação Judicial and OSX Brasil that had interest in receiving up to R$ 80.000,00 (eighty thousand reais); on the same occasion, paid the first of 12 (twelve) monthly installments to the totality of the credits of Unsecured Creditors of OSX Serviços Operacionais Ltda. - Em Recuperação Judicial, all in compliance to the obligations foreseen in their respective Judicial Reorganization Plan.
Under the Company's restructuring scenario, this fact illustrates the Company's ability to continue its operations, seeking to fulfill the commitments made to third parties.
