Rio de Janeiro, May 6th, 2016 - OSX Brasil S.A. - Em Recuperac;ao Judicial ("OSX Brasil" or "Company") (BM&FBovespa: OSXB3), in compliance with Article 28 of CVMInstruction 308/99, informs its shareholders and the Market that the Board of Director in a meeting held on April 26th, approved the hiring of BOO RCS

Independent Auditors S.S Company("BDO") as theIndependent Audit Company to audit OSX's financial statement starting with the first quarterly of 2016, replacing Ernst YoungIndepe ndent Auditors.

Following is the Contract termination letter addressed to CVM signed by OSX and Ernst Young .
