Orinoco Gold Limited announced the appointments of Mr. Joel Ives and Mr. Albert Longo as Joint Company Secretaries. Mr. Longo and Mr. Ives replace Ms. Raven who will leave the Company effective 1 October 2018. Mr. Longo remains as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

Orinoco Gold Limited is engaged in developing a gold mine and conducting exploration activities on projects located on the Faina Greenstone Belt in Central Brazil, South America. The Company's segments include Gold and All Other. The Company holds interest in the Curral de Pedra Project, which is located in Goias State in Central Brazil. The Company also holds interest in the Sertao Project, which is also a gold project in Brazil.
