One Media Group Limited announced earnings guidance for the year ended 31 March 2020. The board of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the information currently available which is subject to further review, the Company is expecting to record an increase of approximately 400% in loss from continuing operations for the year ended 31st March 2020 as compared to the loss from continuing operations for the year ended 31st March 2019 and an increase approximately 120% in loss for the year ended 31st March 2020 as compared to the loss for the year ended 31st March 2019. It is mainly attributable to the decrease in advertising revenue of the Group, as a result of the weakening local economy, and the non-cash provisions for impairment loss of approximately HKD 10 million for intangible assets, right-of-use assets and property, plant and equipment.
