OMV Petrom SA announced it has named Andreas Peter Matje as its new chief financial officer. Matje will replace Daniel Turnheim, who will continue as senior vice president corporate finance within Austria's OMV Group. Andreas Peter Matje's appointment to the executive board starts effectively on January 1, 2013 and covers the remaining term of the mandate granted to Daniel Turnheim, ending on April 17, 2015.
