Old Dominion Opens Fourth Service Center in Oregon Company responds to increased demand in Central Oregon

BEND, Ore. (Jan. 14, 2013) - Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. recently added a service center in Central Oregon to its growing nationwide network of facilities. The company opened the six-door Bend Service Center to keep up with increased demand in the region, largely attributed to strong construction and manufacturing industries throughout the region.

The facility benefits from its close proximity to the intersection of U.S. Route 20 and U.S. Route 97.

"This service center will allow us to keep up with sustained economic growth in Central Oregon," said Jeff Lorenzini, manager of the Bend Service Center. "The new location will strengthen transit times and further establish Old Dominion as the leading premium service carrier in the region."

The Bend Service Center provides direct service throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Madras, Prineville, Sisters, Burns, John Day, Terrebonne, Warm Springs, Gilchrist and several more surrounding towns.
