On May 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc, upon the recommendation of the Governance and Nomination Committee of the Board, elected and appointed Adam N. Satterfield, currently Senior Vice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company, to serve as Executive Vice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company, effective July 1, 2023.
