In connection with this offer and the sale of underwriters by accepting purchase transactions, the shareholders and sellers of the Company, Clover Trading Co., Ltd., Keiichi Okumura, Yukiyo Okumura, Yoshiyuki Okumura; the shareholders and lenders of the Company, Shinichi Okumura; the shareholders of the Company, OKM Employee Stock Ownership Association, Yoshiki Okumura, Shiga Bank, Ltd., Yuki Okumura, Shunji Okumura, Nippon Life Insurance Company, Minako Suda, Miwako Okumura, Lake Trading Co., Ltd., Mai Okumura, Kunio Okumura, Ryotaro Okumura, Satsuki Nagata , Miyoko Higeyama, Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, Nobuko Fukatsu, Yoneo Murai, Kiyoshi Kida, Sayoko Okumura, Seiichi Sato, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Higeyama Takeshi, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Kiyoko Okumura, Noboru Taniguchi Okumura, Katsuyuki Suda, Yasuko Okumura, Masaharu Fukuchi and Takeshi Nishimura; and the holder of stock acquisition rights, Hiroaki Sugino, have agreed with the lead managing underwriter that during the period from the conclusion of the original underwriting contract to June 14, 2021 on the 180th day after the listing date they will not sell shares without the prior written consent of the lead managing underwriter.
