Ohio National Seguros de Vida, S.A. announced that it expects to receive PEN 80 million in funding.

Ohio National Seguros de Vida, S.A. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of PEN 80,000,000 on June 19, 2014. The shares will be subscribed through cash contributions and through debt capitalization. The investors will acquire total stake of 56.5078% in the company.

The transaction has been approved at Universal Meeting of Shareholders.
