("OdontoPrev" or "Company"), in accordance with CVM Instruction 481/09, Paragraph 2 of Art. 21-L, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on April 01, 2019, as previously announced through the Corporate Calendar. The information required to participate in the Annual General Meeting will be timely disclosed to the market in accordance with applicable regulations.
