OAT Agrio Co., Ltd. (TSE:4979) announced a private placement of 66 common shares at a price of ¥1,300,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥85,800,000 on August 30, 2013. The transaction included participation from the company ESOP, individual investors, Takashi Hoshino, Takashi Kawasaki, and 11 other investors. The shares were issued by 3rd party allocation. The company will add ¥650,000 per share to the registered capital of the company and ¥650,000 will be added to the capital reserve of the company.
