Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. Increases Quarterly Dividend, Payable on April 15, 2014

Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.23 dividend per share through March 31, 2014. The March quarterly dividend represents a 15% increase from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.20 per share.
