In December 2021 the Company engaged share registry Computershare to assist with a Listed Option conversion process that closed on 24th January 2022 (expiry date of options listed as NWEOB). An option-holder paid the amount of $4,285.71 to the company, prior to the closing date, for the conversion of 714,285 listed options. During the process the conversion to shares of the holding in question was inadvertently missed. This issue corrects this error.
