Norwest Energy NL Announces Executive Changes

The Board of Norwest Energy NL reported that Peter Munachen, Executive Director and CEO, will be taking leave to attend to personal health issues. It is currently anticipated that Mr. Munachen will take approximately three months extended leave. During Mr. Munachen's absence, the day-to-day responsibilities of the role of CEO will be undertaken by John Annand, Norwest's General Manager Corporate and Commercial.

Mr. Annand joined Norwest as Commercial Manager in July 2013 following working at Woodside Energy for 16 years.

The Perth Basin is an onshore/offshore sedimentary basin that extends approximately 1,300 kilometers (km) along the West Australian coast. The Company holds interests in various exploration permits in Western Australia, which include EP368, EP426, and TP/15. EP368 and EP426 encompass an area of approximately 1,725 square kilometers (km2) within the sweet spot of the northern Perth Basin. EP368 and EP426 are held via subsidiary Westranch Holdings Pty Ltd.
