Norwegian Car Carriers ASA : NOCC01: Notice of Put Option Event in the 10.5% Norwegian Car Carriers ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 2010 / 2015

Please find attached a notice submitted to the holders in the 10.5% Norwegian Car Carriers ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 2010 / 2015 - ISIN NO001058826.2

Reference is made to the voluntary offer made by Car Carrier Investments AS to purchase all the outstanding shares in Norwegian Car Carriers ASA (the "Company") as set out in the Offer Document dated 23 January 2014. On 25 March 2014 Car Carrier Investments AS took delivery of the remaining shares in the Company and became sole shareholder in the Company.

Based on an application from the Company for a delisting of its shares, the Oslo Stock Exchange approved a delisting of the shares as from 7 April 2014.

According to Clause 10.3 in the Bond Agreement the delisting of the shares of the Company on 7 April 2014 has triggered a Put Option Event.
