Norwegian Car Carriers ASA : NOCC: Notice of Change of Control Event in the 10.50% Norwegian Car Carriers ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 2010/2015

Please find attached a notice submitted to the holders in the 10.50% Norwegian Car Carriers ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 2010 / 2015 with ISIN: NO 001058826.2. 

Following a successful completion of the voluntary offer as set out in the offer document dated 23 January 2014, Car Carrier Investments AS has on 18 March 2014 settled and taken delivery of 95.63% of the shares in Norwegian Car Carriers ASA (the "Issuer"). The successful completion of the voluntary offer has triggered a Change of Control Event in the subject bond loan. The bondholders are therefore entitled to put the bonds on the Issuer at 100% of par plus accrued interest until 23 June 2014.
