Timo Penttilä has been appointed new manager responsible for the
asset management of Nordea's institutional customers in Finland. He
will assume his duties on 1 March 2009, succeeding Staffan Sevón, who
has taken a position outside Nordea.

Timo Penttilä (42) is currently managing director of Carnegie Asset
Management Finland. He has previously held positions in the fields of
pension insurance and asset management in the Osuuspankki Group and
at Evli Bank.

Timo Penttilä has a PhD in Economic Science from the University of
Mississippi, United States, majoring in finance.
