NTT DATA Group Corporation's new executive leadership team decided by resolution of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee after the 36th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 18, 2024 is as follows:
(Effective on June 18, 2024)
*1Corporate Management includes responsibilities for business strategy, ESG promotion, legal, risk management, human resources (CHRO), finance and investor relations (CFO), purchasing, intellectual property and public relations.
*2Business Strategy includes responsibilities for business strategy (CSO).
*3Mariko Fujii, Fumihiko Ike, Shigenao Ishiguro, Tomoko Hoshi, Nobuyuki Tainaka and Mitsuko Inamasu are Independent Officers based on the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
*4Legal Risk Management includes responsibilities for legal, risk management (CRO).
*5Hiroshi Tomiyasu will take Head of Consulting & Asset Business Transformation Headquarters until June 30th.
*6Technology Management includes responsibilities for technology development and research (CTO), digital strategy (CDAIO), information security (CISO), information management (CKO), information security (CIO), and quality assurance.
*7To be assigned on July 1st.
