Notice Regarding the Establishment of a New Company as an Alliance in the Textiles Business Between NIPPON STEEL TRADING CORPORATION, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and Mitsui Bussan I-Fashion Ltd.

NIPPON STEEL TRADING CORPORATION (President: Yasumitsu Saeki; "NST") hereby announces the following details about the new company that will integrate the textiles business of NST and Mitsui Bussan I-Fashion Ltd. as was announced on August 25, 2021 in "Notice Regarding the Conclusion of a Shareholders' Agreement for an Alliance in the Textiles Business Between NST, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and Mitsui Bussan I-Fashion Ltd. and the Conclusion of a Basic Integration Agreement and an Absorption-type Split (Simplified Absorption-type Split) Agreement for Integrating the Textiles Business of NST and Mitsui Bussan I-Fashion Ltd." The directors and auditors will be formally decided at the general meeting of shareholders and board of directors meeting of Mitsui Bussan I-Fashion Ltd. (the succeeding company) that are scheduled for December 2021.
