《Revoke News Release》Revoke of "Notification regarding

the change of Principal Shareholder"

Nippon Denkai, Ltd. (TSE:5759, "Nippon Denkai") announces that it would revoke its News Release regarding the Change in Major Shareholders.

On March 10, 2022, Asset Management One Co., Ltd. and 3 companies as Joint Holders have filed a Mass Holding Report to the Finance Bureau. In response to this situation, Nippon Denkai has announced a News Release regarding the change in Major Shareholders on March 14, 2022.

However, the ratio of voting rights held by the said Shareholders and Joint Holders is less than 10% each, and they do not fall under the category of Major Shareholders as defined by The Listing Regulations of Tokyo Stock Exchange and Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

Accordingly, the News Release "Notification regarding the change of Principal Shareholder" disclosed on March 14, 2022 shall be revoked.
