NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net loss before other income of PHP 467,882 compared to PHP 737,411 a yea ago. Loss before income tax was PHP 466,827 compared to PHP 735,262 a year ago. Loss after tax was PHP 466,827 compared to PHP 735,262 a year ago. Net loss attributable to equity holders of the parent company was PHP 466,712 compared to PHP 733,618 a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was PHP 277,363 compared to PHP 3,510,077 a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported net loss before other income of PHP 1,952,153 compared to PHP 1,696,087 a yea ago. NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. is a Philippines-based mining company. The Companyâs primary purpose is to carry on the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging, and otherwise producing and dealing in nickel, chromite, and other kinds of ores, metal, minerals, and by-products. It has three mining claims located in the provinces of Zambales, Misamis Oriental and Masbate. Its Botolan Mining Claim has an approved MPSA (no. 315-2010-III) that covers approximately 5,081 hectares located in the town of Botolan, Zambales. Its subsidiary, Bountiful Geomines Inc. (BGI), has an exploration permit (EP) application with the MGB covering the Manticao Mining Claim, approximately 1,946 hectares located in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. (Masbate13), one of the Companyâs subsidiaries through Oregalore, Inc. (OI), has an EP, denominated as EP-V-2008-05.
