Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:NGTF) agreed to acquire Future Hospitality Ventures Holdings from Lei Sonny Wang on January 22, 2024. The consideration consists of 0.01 million Series Super Voting A Preferred Stock held by the NGTF Series A Shareholder common equity and 0.013333 million of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock to be issued for common equity of Future Hospitality Ventures Holdings.
Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:NGTF) completed the acquisition of Future Hospitality Ventures Holdings on February 2, 2024. Sean Folkson resigned as chief executive officer of NGTF and Lei Sonny Wang was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director.
