5.Cause of occurrence:By official order of COVID-19 pandemic prevention policy
from Kunshan city government authority, residents are asked to stay at home
and not allowed to go out for works. Production in NJCI are planned to be
suspended from 00:00 of Apr. 6th to 24:00 of Apr. 8th by implementation of
the adjusting off-days.
6.Countermeasures: NJCI will follow up the authority policy. Employees are
requested to stay at home and have the PCR tests. Shipments are expected to
be rescheduled after close contact customers and suppliers. Keep close watch
the status of OCVID-19 situation and implement precaution measures to ensure
safety of the Company environment and health of employees.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:The temporary suspension of
 production has no material impact on business and finance.
